The Complete Low Cure Plastisol Ink System
Union Ink's UPLC range gives you everything you need — from Pantone-matched mixing colours to bulletproof bleed-blocking whites. Low cure. Soft hand. Total control over every print.
Tired of Inks That Can't Handle Poly Blends?
Standard plastisol inks bleed on polyester, need high cure temps that damage fabrics, and give you chalky colours that disappoint. You shouldn't have to compromise.
UPLC: One System. Every Fabric. Total Control.
Union Ink's UPLC range is engineered from the ground up for low-cure performance. Whites, colours, barriers, extenders — all designed to work together seamlessly.
Five Products. One Complete System.
UPLC UNIMIX
The heart of the range. 15 versatile, highly-opaque mixing bases that produce Pantone®-simulated colours with accuracy and vibrancy. Wet-on-wet capable, matte finish, works on cotton through to polyester.
Polar White
High opacity, soft, creamy white ink with excellent bleed resistance. Brilliant for vector graphics and fine mesh halftones alike. The essential underbase for the entire UPLC system.
G2 Sport Polar White
The premium tier. All the opacity and bleed resistance of standard Polar White with a softer hand, better drape, and fiber-matte down. Built for every fabric from cotton to 100% polyester.
Barrier Grey & Black
Your insurance policy on polyester. These barrier underbases block dye migration on unstable dye fabrics, camo, digi-hex, and sublimated garments. Print UPLC whites and colours on top.
UNIMIX Extender Base
Softens colour intensity without affecting viscosity. Add up to 10% by weight to any UNIMIX colour for vintage-style prints with a softer hand feel. Prints beautifully through fine mesh.
Built for the Print Floor
Flexible Cure Range
Cures between 270°F and 320°F (132°C–160°C). Low cure saves energy, protects fabrics, and reduces dye migration on poly blends.
Fine Mesh Performance
UNIMIX prints through 43T–120T mesh. Polar White clears 34T–120T. Fine detail stays sharp while colours remain opaque and punchy.
Multi-Fabric Compatible
Cotton, tri-blends, cotton/poly, and polyester. Use Barrier Grey or Black as underbase on sublimated or dye-unstable polyester.
Wet-on-Wet Ready
Excellent opacity and clean mesh release enable efficient wet-on-wet multi-colour printing. No waiting between colours.
Non-Phthalate
The entire UPLC range is non-phthalate and meets international compliance standards for safer printing and consumer confidence.
Energy Savings
Low cure temps mean lower oven settings, slower belt speeds, and reduced energy consumption — without sacrificing print quality.
Project Poseidon:
UNIMIX Put to the Test
We partnered with BlackDog Ink, artist Minnie Longstaff, and AS Colour to push UNIMIX to its limits — high-detail, multi-layer prints on premium black tees. The result? Colour that speaks for itself.
"The reds and yellows were way more vibrant than I expected, and even when we reduced the yellow by about 10%, it was still bright, punchy and properly opaque over the Polar White base."
