SCREEN REMESHING
Screens that hold tension, register clean, and stay consistent on press.
Screens that hold tension, print clean, and stay consistent job after job.
When mesh loses tension, everything slows down: longer setups, more adjustments, more variability. Re-meshing restores predictable screen behaviour—so your press time goes into production.
Keep your screen cycle predictable.
Built for batching, repeatability, and fewer surprises on press.
If you run volume: ask about batching and scheduling.
Remove a hidden variable.
Less troubleshooting, easier setups, and more repeatable results.
If you’re doing 1–5 screens: we can still help—just send dimensions.
Less adjustment. More predictable output.
Re-meshing removes variability. When screens behave consistently, your team spends less time compensating and more time printing.
Best next step: email your outside dimensions + quantity. We’ll guide the rest.
A repeatable process—because reliability is earned.
Keep it simple: consistent prep, controlled stretching, and checks before dispatch.
Frame prep
Old mesh removal + prep so the bond and finish stay durable.
Controlled stretching
Stretch control for repeatable tension.
Verification
Checks before it leaves—so you’re not discovering issues on press.

We use premium SAATI mesh—matched to how you print.
Mesh is one of the biggest “quiet variables” in print consistency. We use SAATI because it helps screens hold tension, carry stencil well, and behave more predictably over time.
SAATI Hi-R (standard thread mesh)
Best for general production: dependable stencil hold, sharp detail, and reliable repeats.
More detail (optional) +
A high-tension, low-elongation polyester mesh with surface treatment designed for traditional applications. In many cases it can reduce or eliminate the need for degreasing prior to stencil processing.
SAATI Hi-Dro (thin thread mesh)
Best for water-based: improved flow and deposit while keeping the same mesh count.
More detail (optional) +
Designed to optimise ink deposit for water-based garment printing by maintaining the same mesh count while using thinner thread diameters. It also features a long-lasting plasma surface treatment that supports stencil adhesion and removes the need for degreasing pretreatment.
Want it matched to your work? Email your outside dimensions + how you print (ink type + run length).
A re-meshing rhythm that fits your production cycle.
If you’re moving screens constantly, the smoothest workflow is a simple schedule. You tell us when a batch is ready—we organise pickup (or you courier), then return screens ready to go.
How it works
Whether you’re a high-volume shop or a hobby printer—we’ll re-mesh your screens with premium materials and consistent workmanship.
All we need to quote and recommend the right fit is your outside screen dimensions (mm) and how many screens. If your screen doesn’t match a standard size exactly, we’ll fit it to the closest standard based on total screen area.
See our standard screen sizes (optional) +
Size 1 (480 × 380mm O/D) — A4 artwork
Size 2 (600 × 500mm O/D) — A3 artwork
Size 3 (800 × 600mm O/D) — A2 artwork
Size 4 (950 × 700mm O/D) — between A2 and A1
Size 5 (1200 × 800mm O/D) — A1 artwork
Size 6 (1200 × 1200mm O/D) — between A1 and A0
Size 7 (1450 × 110mm O/D) — between A1 and A0
If your screen isn’t an exact match, we’ll fit it to the closest standard size based on total screen area.
You’ll get: the closest standard size fit, a recommended mesh option (Hi-R or Hi-Dro), and a clear quote + timing.
