Gloss Enamel Ink Series – High Gloss, Durable Solvent Ink for Demanding Applications
The Gloss Enamel Series is a premium solvent-based ink system formulated for superior adhesion, brilliant gloss, and reliable performance across a wide range of rigid and non-porous substrates. Engineered to deliver excellent outdoor durability, it’s ideal for both fine detail work and bold coverage on surfaces such as metal, glass, wood, paper, and synthetic decals.
Drying by oxidation in 2 to 4 hours, the ink can also be force cured at 82°C for around 30 minutes, providing production flexibility from short-run signage to long-lasting industrial graphics.

Modifications & Additives:
- Thin up to 10% with F59-180 Thinner or use F59-182 Retarder to slow drying
- Gloss Enamel Clear F59-170 adjusts colour strength and allows for metallic mixing
- FSU178 Sharp Print Compound enhances print detail (may slightly reduce gloss)
- Add up to 10% FSU5935 Matt Paste for satin or matte finishes
