PINK REAPER
Pink Reaper is the final post-strip cleaning step for residual ink, staining, haze and contamination before the screen goes back into production.

Reclaim isn't always the finish line.
You've stripped the stencil. You've washed the screen out. It looks cleaner — but under the right light, the last job is still staring back at you.

Built for what reclaim leaves behind.
AGM Pink Reaper is a ready-to-use post-strip cleaner developed for reclaimed screen-printing mesh. It is designed to help remove residual ink, staining and haze while its built-in degreasing action helps remove residual oils and contamination before the mesh returns to production.
Stain + haze removal
Targets residual contamination that can remain after normal reclaim has finished.
Built-in degreasing
Helps remove residual oils and contamination during the same final cleaning stage.
Ready to use
No on-site dilution or additional mixing before application.
Purpose-built workflow
Developed around professional screen-printing reclaim rather than general-purpose cleaning.

Four steps. Then get the screen back into rotation.
Pink Reaper is designed to slot into the final stage of your existing reclaim process. Strip first. Then deal with what the strip leaves behind.
Strip the stencil
Clear excess ink and remove the stencil using your normal reclaim process.
Rinse + apply
Rinse the screen with water, then apply Pink Reaper to the areas where residual ink, staining or haze remains.
Scrub + give it time
Scrub both sides of the mesh and allow the chemistry to work for up to 3–5 minutes.
Pressure wash
Pressure wash both sides of the screen. For stubborn staining or haze, repeat the process where required.

Pressure wash. Assess. Repeat if needed.
You're not cleaning the old job anymore. You're preparing for the next one.
A reclaim room isn't judged by how clean the screen looks halfway through the process. It's judged by the condition of the mesh when that screen is ready to go back into production.

Built around the reclaim room.
Pink Reaper isn't trying to reinvent your reclaim process. It's designed to make the final cleaning stage more practical — helping remove what stencil stripping can leave behind before the screen goes back into production.

Professional chemistry. Built for a professional screen room.
Pink Reaper is designed for professional and industrial screen-printing use. As with any reclaim-room chemistry, appropriate handling, PPE and ventilation matter.
Pink Reaper should be used in accordance with its current Safety Data Sheet and workplace chemical-handling procedures.
Professional chemistry deserves professional handling.
Use suitable chemical-resistant gloves and protective clothing.
Use suitable eye protection and additional face protection where splashing is possible.
Avoid breathing vapours or spray and use effective ventilation.
Avoid release to drains, soil and waterways.
Pink Reaper makes the most sense when...
It could be a strong fit if:
A few things to know:
Before Pink Reaper hits your reclaim room.
When do I use Pink Reaper?
Do I need to dilute it?
How long should I leave it on the mesh?
What if the stain is still there?
Does Pink Reaper degrease as well?
Can I handle it without PPE?
Should I test it before introducing it across the screen room?
Is Pink Reaper made in Australia?

Give the screen a proper reset before the next job.
