We wanted to give our customers plenty of notice regarding some upcoming pricing and freight adjustments that will take effect from 1st July 2026.
Like many businesses across the industry, we have continued to experience rising costs across imported freight, transport, warehousing, compliance, and day to day operations. We have worked hard to keep these changes as measured as possible while continuing to maintain the service, stock holding, and technical support our customers rely on.
As of 1st July 2026, a general price increase of approximately 7% will apply across our product range. There may be a very small number of items that vary to this, however overall increases will be kept to a minimum.
We understand nobody likes price increases, which is exactly why we are communicating this well in advance to allow customers time to review upcoming requirements, budgets, and stock holdings before the changes take effect.
UPDATED FREIGHT STRUCTURE
Melbourne Metro Deliveries
• Orders under $1000 ex GST will incur a delivery fee of $23 + GST.
• Orders over $1000 ex GST will receive complimentary delivery.
We use a mix of same day and overnight couriers, depending on the distance from us. Urgent delivery services remain available if required and charged at the courier quoted rate.
Regional & Interstate Deliveries
• Orders over $1500 ex GST will continue to qualify for complimentary freight.
