Description

Phosphorescent white plastisol is a glow-in-the-dark ink which is supplied ready to use. This ink is formulation for application to cotton and cotton/polyester garments and novelty items. In daylight or artificial light conditions this ink will be white, and will glow green in the dark. Available in 1Qt, 1Gal.
