Ink Services
We provide colour mixing and matching services for Union & Rutland Plastisols, Magna Colours (water based), and Sun Chemicals UV and Solvent inks. Australian Specialty inks products are special order mixes, completed by Australian Specialty inks. Simply provide us with the Pantone reference or a colour swatch, and the mesh grade that you will be printing through.
Unfamiliar material? No problem! Our expert team can test adhesion on your substrate and recommend the optimal ink solution.
Screen Remeshing
Have screen mesh that has seen better days? Drop off or send us your screen and we’ll re-mesh your screen with your choice of mesh count.
We carry a broad range of mesh types and mesh counts from 10T – 200T to suit your requirements.
Screen Exposure Service
Screen printing stencils are created by application of direct emulsion or capillary film. Using UV light and your film positive, we expose your image on to your screen and give it back to you ready to start printing. We can also complete high-density stencils for high build jobs. We accept all screen sizes up to approximately 2900 x 1850mm.
Screen Cleaning Service
An exposed screen can be re-used many times, with the use of stencil removal and haze removal products to remove the image and any residual staining. You not only need the appropriate chemicals but should also be using a high-pressure hose & a wash trough fitted with an appropriate filter to treat the wastewater. Purchasing this type of equipment can be quite expensive, so why not let us do the messy work for you?
