Description
The Covercoat range of Scratch Removable Obliterating inks is designed to give excellent hiding power for scratch-off lottery tickets and cards. Covercoat inks are specifically intended for use over a sealing varnish or laminate which covers lottery numbers and may be overprinted with litho or screen inks.
