Corrogloss Ink Series – High Gloss Screen Ink for Corrugated Plastics and Treated Substrates

The Corrogloss Ink Series is a premium solvent-based ink system formulated for high-performance screen printing on fully Corona-treated corrugated plastic sheets like Corflute® and other specialty co-polymer resins.

Known for its excellent scuff resistance and rich gloss finish, Corrogloss is ideal for indoor and outdoor signage, displays, and advertising materials where durability and colour brilliance matter.

Recommended Emulsions:
For best stencil performance with Corrogloss inks, we recommend the following solvent-compatible emulsions:

• Murakami SR
• Chromaline UDC ACE
• Saati SAATIGRAF HS3
• Saati Grafic HU

These emulsions are available in our Solvent & UV Emulsions collection.

Modifiers & Additives:

• Thin up to 10% with FCO180 Thinner or extend open time with FCO182 Retarder
• Use FCO170 Clear to adjust colour strength or mix with metallic powders
• Add FSU178 Sharp Print Compound for fine detail (slightly reduces gloss)
• Matte finish available with up to 15% FSU5935 Flattening Paste

Note: Pro-Pack Clear FSU3780/3781 is not recommended as a protective clear for Corrogloss prints.

Colour Range:
Available in 9 standard colours, 8 basic Pantone base shades, and black/white. Fluorescents for indoor use only.

General Notes:
Always stir well before use and conduct substrate tests prior to production. Due to solvent sensitivity, the ink film may re-dissolve if exposed to certain solvents. Check compatibility as needed.
