Jones Brothers Black Friday 2025 Sale – Terms and Conditions

1. Sale Period

The Black Friday 2025 Sale is only valid from 8:00 AM AEDT on 20 November 2025 to 4:30 PM AEDT on 5 December 2025. Any orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for the promotional discounts.

2. Eligibility

This sale is open to both Australian and International customers.

The sale is valid only for selected items, and all items are available while stocks last. Once an item is sold out, no rain checks or back orders will be offered.

3. Exclusive Offer

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Sale items cannot be placed on hold for future purchase or reservation.

Remeshing offer is only valid for screens booked in within the sale period.

4. Pricing and Discounts

Discounts apply only to the selected sale items. GST, delivery costs, and any other additional charges are not subject to the sale discount and will be charged at the full rate.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian customers.

5. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit card (excluding AMEX),

Bank transfer, and

Cash (for in-person transactions).

Payments must be completed in full at the time of order confirmation. No goods will be dispatched until full payment is received.

6. Delivery

Goods can be delivered within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs will be quoted based on the delivery location and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery time frames will vary depending on the destination and availability of items. While we will make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frame, Jones Brothers is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers or shipping providers.

7. Stock Availability

All sale items are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once an item is sold out, it will no longer be available for purchase during the sale, and no future stock will be reserved at the sale price.

8. Refunds and Returns

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged on receipt, as per our standard return policy.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Modification of Terms

Jones Brothers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Black Friday 2024 Sale and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing or description error for any product, Jones Brothers reserves the right to cancel or amend the order. Customers will be notified if this occurs.

10. Rainchecks & Backorders

Backorders for equipment will be delivered in February 2026. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of our control will impact our delivery times.
